A citizen asked " A leader! Why can you find an optimal solution?". A leader answered "I am sensitive to a problem. I inspect a problem thoroughly and understand the structure". A leader must know the correspondence relation/attribute of a problem than everybody. Are not you solving a problem ambiguously?
