Transparency International (TI) announced the clean degree ranking list to the corruption in 2006 year.
It is 163 country.
TI is the ungovernment organization (NGO) that monitors the actual condition of the corruption of world every country.
It is the one that was ranked the clean degree of the public officer/politician.
TI is indicating that "poverty and corruption have strong correlation relation".




Japan raised to about 17 from about 21.

The top was Finland/Iceland/New Zealand.
The most subordinate position was Haiti.
