I hear the news that USA/England corps ill-treated the Iraq prisoner.
And I was surprised.
Arab medium obtains the video tape recorder that shot the ill-treatment scene and telecast on April 30 days.

Why USA/England corps ill-treated it?
It looks like a bad movie.
A bad soldier appears in the movie without fail.
And the bad soldier rapes it without fail.
How be the bad soldier living from this?
May be the people of the surroundings will despise the bad soldier.

The soldiers were exchanging the photograph of the Iraq prisoner each other.
Why be they exchanging it?
They see it and despised?
May be they could not look at the prisoner as the human being.
May be they wanted the sense of superiority to themselves.
And they canceled the irritation.
A Devil would have smiled with the shadow probably!!

The Soldier of the concentration camp was the reserve almost.
They were lacking in the handling training of the prisoner of the Geneva accord.
Why be that the reserve?
May be USA government didn't have the margin that puts the real soldier there.
May be USA government thought that it is a lowest job.
Therefore it became a moderate case.
And it became a big problem.
The revengeful ghost of the people which received the ill-treatment is flying!!
The saliva has come back from the sky if the person throws up the saliva in the sky.

The ill-treatment of the prisoner can do only the Devil.
The Human beings who joined to the ill-treatment sold the soul to the Devil.
This is the talk like a movie!!

The stocks of Japan dropped 5%.
It was the biggest drop this year.
Yen dropped suddenly.
The private investor of Japan also sold it with the abandonment.
It also was sold the stocks of the SOFTBANK/Hikari communication until the minimum of the restriction.
It also sold out the bank stocks.
New banks were a most low price.

Tomorrow pension burden of the citizens increases.

Citizens burden rate become 47%.

The insurance premium of the company employee rises from 13.58% to 18.30%.
The rate eliminates the medical treatment insurance of-course.
It increases 35%!!

The insurance premium of other citizens goes up in $126.67 to $160.96. (Every month)
The amount eliminates the medical treatment insurance of-course.
It is all the same amount irrespective of the income.
The people of the unincome can't pay this amount.
It increases 28%!!

But it doesn't increase only the insurance premium of the public officer.

Why???
The Citizens don't understand the answer.
The Citizens who aren't the public officer angry.

Why could not it impedes this?
Why does it defend only the public officer?
What is the public officer on earth?

I don't stop getting angry very much.

The leader of Democratic Party stopped the leader today(2004/5/10).
Because he wasn't paying the citizen pension.
The Opposition party must pursue the ruling party with the pension problem.
The Opposition party can't fight it because the leader of the Opposition party isn't paying the pension.

The Pension non payment of the Diet member is a problem now in Japan.
Many Diet members without being paying the pension.
Citizens are disgusted to the unpaid of the Diet member sorely.

The Opposition party is 3 parties.
The Democratic Party The Society-Democratic Party.
The Communist Party The Communist Party announced the survey result of all the Diet members on 6th.
The Democratic Party/Society-Democratic Party announced the survey result of all the Diet members on 10th.

The Opposition party also requested the surveys of all the Diet members to the Ruling party.
But the Ruling party said that it doesn't investigate it.

The Ruling party is 2 parties.
The Liberal-Democratic Party.
The Komei Party.
The Liberal-Democratic Party/Komei Party entrusted it to the judgment of each Diet member.
And the Ruling party didn't announce.

The Prime Minister said it today.
" We must approve the pension law urgently tomorrow"
He seems to want to bury the pension problem to darkness early.

Pension is a problem now in Japan.
Many members of the Diet, local Diet members weren't paying the pension.
The population exceeded the expectation of the citizens considerably.
The Komei Party of the ruling party investigated it after all.
But only the Liberal-Democratic Party without being investigating still.
The members of the Diet of the 38 Liberal Democratic Party have not announced still.

Even the Prime Minister was pension unjoining also.
The Prime Minister said "It wasn't the time of compulsion".
The pension insurance premium in this era cheap.
Therefore almost the citizens were paying the pension insurance premium in this era.
The citizens in this era did not doubt the pension system above all.
The pension system of Japan became very recondite now.
It is as if the bureaucracy is doing it complicatedly purposely.

TV of the government is trying to finish the pension unpaid problem necessitously.
But the anger of the citizens isn't placed.

His pension was the citizen pension.

The citizen pension is the pension that all the citizens other than the public officer and company employee.
Nation and company pay the half of the pension insurance premium of the public officer and company employee.
Therefore the burden of the public officer and company employee are half.
But the burden of the self-employed person is all.

Ruling party is trying to raise the pension insurance premium this week.
Of-course, the Public officer is eliminated to it.
The Pension insurance premium of the Public officer isn't rising.
But the Pension insurance premium of the company employee and citizen continue to rise.

The Pension of Japan is defending the public officer and politician.
The Pension of Japan is killing the self-employed person most.

And only the Pension of the citizen is a fixed amount.
Other pensions are a fixed rate.
Why?
Self-employed person is submitting the final income tax return every year.
Company is submitting the final income tax return every year of-course.

The citizen can't receive the pension that can live.
Why?
Because excessive funds revolve to the other place.

The Public officer of Japan doesn't stop it halfway.
The Public officer of Japan is the public officer to the retirement age.
Therefore the Public officer of Japan doesn't worry about the pension.
And the High-class Public officer wanders other public corporations after the retirement age.
The High-class public officer ends with a high-class salary last.
Why?
Because they can receive a high-class pension.

He was a self-employed person.
He was managing a food shop in Osaka.
He paid the insurance premium for 40 years.
But he could not live only with the pension.
He was living in a small apartment.
He was lonely because divorced.
Therefore he went to the part-time job.

The family of the friend is searching him still.
The friend likes he.
He is a very gentle person.
The friend went to the searching to the police.
But the information is none.

The friend is worrying about him very much.
I tell about the pension with the friends always.

The Pension system of Japan became abnormal now.
The High-class public officer is making the pension system of Japan.
