I am catching a cold still.
The cold in this year ruined the throat.
The throat gets thirsty soon.
And cough comes out soon when the throat gets thirsty.
The cough painful very much.
I don't smoke ofcouse.

It isn't the SARS.
My temperature doesn't become high.

I caught a cold in summer last year also.
My body is healthy expectation because I am jogging every day.

I met the old person who passed 70 years old in the lake of jogging.
The old person said it.
" I am walking for long.
I don't catch a cold for more than 30 years" .

I hear it and surprised.
Why do I catch a cold every year?
I receive a cold from surrounding persons always.
My cold is deviating a little with surrounding persons.
Ha ha ha.. I catch a cold when the cold of surrounding persons healed always.
Therefore my symptom lighter than surrounding persons.
And surrounding persons also don't worry about my cold much.

I am jogging light from yesterday.
Yesterday's jogging painful a little bit.

It is a rest day today.

I can't sleep at night deeply now.
I cough soon when I begin to sleep.
The cough doesn't stop a little.
I try to sleep when the cough stops.
And also I cough.
That continues long.

I am entering upon such night long time.
I became terrible that I sleep.
I look like want of sleep mostly.
My brain is losing a judgment and thinking.
Efficiency of my job is falling.
And I mistook big job after all.

I felt the crisis.
I stop the job from this afternoon and slept.
Ha ha ha...
I tried to sleep with spirit.
I was able to sleep finally.

I was working at the securities company before.
