2009/10 .

Have already the business condition toward recovery?

10/05/(23/08)

It emerged from an inactive bottom as long as I see real GDP.
However the number is having danger.
It has the possibility of the temporary rise by economic stimulation.

Real GDP in 2008 year;

4% or more was the rising nation.
The advanced country didn't exist.
The advanced country divided 2%.
Japan was minus.

The bottom of Japan was October-December, 2008.
It is only France that October-December, 2008 was the bottom.
The bottom of Germany, Italy, America, England was January-March, 2009.
Did the inactive bottom end really?
Does the employment recover from this?
It is scheduled to recover in the number that every country announced.
I want to believe that this number isn't camouflage.

Prime Minister Hatoyama's inaugural speech to the Diet

10/26/(22/08)

Prime Minister Hatoyama was expressed opinion announcement on October 26, 2009.
It was the speech that should commemorate.
I want to he makes efforts for this speech remains to history.

Stressing again his determination to wean Japan away from its dependence on bureaucracy.

The "bloodless" changeover in government -- which he likened to the end of the Edo Era -- was "the choice of the people," according to Hatoyama, who promised to end the bureaucratic waste of taxpayers' money and build a more equal Japan-U.S. partnership.

Political reform is necessary "to live up to the people's strength of will and the height of their expectations," said Hatoyama as he announced that he would now lead "a spring cleaning of the post-war government," including a review of basic budget making policy and use of public funds.

Hatoyama also apologized for "bringing mistrust to the government" regarding the ongoing imbroglio around suspicious donations to his fundraising organization, and said he would cooperate with the investigation to restore people's faith in politics.

His notion of "fraternity politics" will form the basis for his administration, as he pledged to respect the opinions of the weak and minorities, with policy priority being given to his election pledges of fixing the pensions problem, childcare benefits, abolition of expressway tolls and so on.

Balancing the Japan-U.S. partnership is his primary goal in the diplomatic arena. "It's a relationship in which we can cooperate to proactively set out plans to play our part in achieving world peace and stability," he said, pledging also to "carefully verify" previous agreements between the two nations on the realignment of U.S. forces in Okinawa, including those on the relocations of Air Station Futenma.

Question and answer sessions on the prime minister's address for both houses will be held from Oct. 28-30, after which debate will begin. The 173rd extraordinary Diet session that convened on Monday will close on Nov. 30.
